AIIMSONIANS, as an organization, from its founding charter has a mission of the following among others:

1. Promotion amongst members and to serve as a link between the members of THE AIIMSONIANS and their Alma Mater i.e. AIIMS.

2. Organization of Welfare Services for its members, AIIMS students, and humanity at large.

3. Provision of help and any other type of assistance to the members of THE AIIMSONIANS.

4. Working towards improvement of medical education and health care services
